Once an attendee has registered for your event with EVS Minder™ they never have to re-enter the same information again. Their information is stored in a database on our server, which in turn, saves you from having to keep large files on your computer. Their entries are re-populated when they log into EVS Minder™.

All they have to do is follow a simple outline, set up entirely by you, the event planner. Since you have the ability to set up your registration forms any way you desire, it is simple for you to keep accurate records of every aspect of your event and the attendees. Your attendees receive immediate confirmation, as well as a confirmation e-mail when they submit their information for your event.

EVS Minder™ makes it easy for you to build each form to gather the required information. You only have to ask for the information needed. Ask for as little or as much as you wish.
