EVS Minder™ allows you to select a targeted list of show registrants categorized by industry segment and demographic profile. This system is easy to use and allows you to quickly send a broadcast fax or e-mail to the list you select. EVS Minder™ includes a convenient portal for your attendees to find others with the same business interests to network with at your events.

- Built-in security: since EVS Minder™ hosts the software, you do not need an SSL certificate (a savings of up to $1,100 a year versus getting a certificate from the leading provider)
- Automatic receipts: whenever a transaction is completed, the user gets a receipt on screen and another one via e-mail
- Methods of payments: accept payments with credit cards and/or online checks; you decide which you will allow; for example, accept credit cards for event registrations, but accept checks only for online contributions; the choice is yours
- Custom look and feel: you specify the colors, fonts, etc., without any programming; you can even insert your logo or add custom header, footer and sidebars
- Cost calculations: the cost for the event registration can be modified based on answers to questions – you set the form fields to suit your needs to insure your costs are covered
